The hotel had a unique and interesting layout, with the reception at the top and the bedrooms cascading down the mountainside. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama of the bay. the staff were helpful and despite occasional language barriers, they made an effort to assist with any questions or concerns.
The hotel's location was a bit isolated, requiring transportation to nearby towns and attractions. This inconvenience meant relying on the hotel shuttle or calling a taxi to access the beach or explore the surrounding areas.

The staff were all helpful especially when I asked for directions of some places we wanted to visit. The breakfast was good although it can be improved. The room was very clean. With the car it was very easy to reach some places as its only few km away from taormina and giardini naxos.
The only thing I was disappointed is that my mobile charger had a plug that it couldn't fit with the one at the hotel to charge it and when I asked for a multi-pin plug they told me they didn't have therefore I had to do half of my holiday without my mobile. Also the shower gel and shampoo could be improved as I had to go and buy as they weren't that good that I couldn't wash my hair.

The breathtaking views from the balconies were absolutely stunning! We enjoyed sipping our morning coffee and watching the ocean waves crash against the shore. The spacious and clean rooms were a real treat, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere during our stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, always wearing a friendly smile and offering helpful assistance. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with a lift that conveniently took us to the pool and various restaurants.
The noise from the nearby main road was quite loud, making it difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep. the air conditioning in our room didn't work well, which made it challenging to find a comfortable temperature.

the reception staff were helpful and it was easy to park the car.
a motorway right beside it, a shower that did not work, dirty sunbeds at the pool, disguisting rooms and 10am checkout.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The best aspects were the stunning sea and mountain views from our comfortable and spacious room. We also loved being able to relax by the two clean outdoor pools and enjoy the well-maintained garden. The breakfast was great, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and accommodating of our requests. We were pleased with the safe parking available, and the hotel's location close to the autostrada and a beautiful beach.
Nothing negative to say.

Spending Xmas at this hotel was a real treat! The view of the mountains and ocean from our balcony was breathtaking. The spacious room was well equipped with everything we needed and the buffet breakfast was a fantastic start to each day. We enjoyed the two outdoor pools and the hot tubs to relax after a long day. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.
The only downside to the hotel was its location, especially since it was during the holidays. It was a bit of a hassle to go to the nearby towns for shopping and sightseeing.

The hotel offered breathtaking views of the sea and mountains, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and a balcony to enjoy the scenery. The location, while secluded, offered a nice escape from the crowds and hustle of the city.
The hotel could benefit from some updates and renovations, as the decor felt outdated and in need of refreshing. The food options could have been more varied and flavorful, as some dishes were lukewarm and lacked taste.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Letojanni, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the property. The hotel complex is situated in a beautiful area, providing stunning views of the ocean. The pool complex was also a highlight, offering a refreshing spot to relax and soak up the sun. What impressed me the most was the convenience of the elevator system. An elevator took me to the lower level of the complex, eliminating the need to climb the hill. Additionally, a funicular provided easy access to the upper part of the hotel. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the ocean views. The availability of tea and coffee-making facilities and a small fridge was a nice touch. despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, amenities, and breathtaking views.
